story pieces
• My love of design & merchandising showed itself in childhood, when my favorite activity was playing "toy shop". I made real sales. Ask me about my sister's diamond pendant.
• A daughter of a sports hall-of-famer, I worked at UCLA Athletics while attending on academic scholarships. I used my one investment, a cutting-edge typewriter, to earn extra cash transcribing papers for a readily available customer base.
• I leveraged my Art Center projects into a 5-year stock illustration contract after breaking the teacher’s rules and shooting my own new material for Photoshop class. This led to my work being published globally and sold at auction locally, while recovering royalties beyond the cost of my tuition.
• I am most proud of my work, play and participation in such efforts as volunteering at World Harvest Food Bank and the Pasadena Humane Society; helping to create Savings of Hope (a CPG rebate program that raised millions for cancer research); laying out RideGuides for AIDSRidesUSA and ads for Avon Walks; producing events benefiting Women's Legal Defense Fund (co-authors, Family and Medical Leave Act); helping curate Focus On AIDS; and
working in-house at TOMS.
song of the year 2023
Music is my thing. For me, there is nothing more cathartic and healing than this art that is intangible yet can touch me to the core.

2023 gave us a song that just couldn't be ignored: From BARBIE, "What Was I Made For?", performed by the un-ignorable Billie Eilish.
I do not own the rights to this music.
